The Legend Singers was founded to perform and preserve the music and performance practices of African Americans. The choir is the longest, continuously performing African American choral group in the nation, now celebrating its 83rd year.  The choir performs music of renowned African-American composers and arrangers including folk genre, spirituals, art songs and jazz.

Bringing together singers from all backgrounds, the Community Gospel Choir seeks to build bridges that restore unity to “community.” Through the rich tradition of African-American spirituals and the energy of Gospel music, we deliver the messages of hope and joy found in the Good News. The choir was formed in the summer of 2007 and has grown to more than 60 members. It has become recognized as one of the premier gospel choirs in the region.

Founded in 1995, the St. Louis Women’s Chorale is the original women’s choir in the St. Louis region. As an auditioned 40-voice community chorus, women of diverse backgrounds come together to share their love of singing and the restorative power of music. The Chorale is committed to innovation and creativity and gives voice to women composers and poets. While keeping classical music at its core, the Chorale performs many other types of music - jazz, folk, gospel - to bring unique experiences to audience members.
